You are 100% responsible for your own commitments, schedule, deadlines, notifications you expect to receive, and the data you put into the app — whether you use the free tier or have paid for Pro. Porkly, its operator, contributors, and affiliates accept no liability for missed meetings, missed deadlines, late or undelivered notifications, sync failures, lost data, or any other consequences of using (or being unable to use) the app. Treat it as a convenience, not as a system of record. If something matters, back it up elsewhere and verify it independently.
